It was fine and hot.
There were two big news which attracted me.
One is the accomplishment of 3000 hits by Ichiro. He has been very cool, but he looked very moved by the happiness he brought others. Congratulations!
The other is a video message by Emperor Akihito. It's been 28 years since he became an emperor. Now he is over 80 years old having had some surgeries for the past few years, and there is something he has thought about the role of the symbol of Japan.
The message was on air from 3 pm for 11minutes. I could not see it on live, so I have just seen through Internet.
How hard it would be to work as a symbol of Japan at his age!
Usually people retire at the age of 60 or so.
Everyone has different health condition, and we can't tell until what age we can live. I sometimes feel it would be nice if we know our life expextancy so that we can know how mych money we should save.
One thing I know for sure is we'd live fully every day so that we would not regret even if our lives end today.
