The bronze medalist at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic became a champion at the ISU World Figure Skating Championships in Torino. His name is Takahashi Daisuke (高橋大輔),24 years old. He became the first Japanese gold medalist in this championships. His score of Short Program was 89.30, Free was 168.40, and the total was 257.70 which exceeds the results of the gold and silver medalists of Vancouver Olympics. Neither of them participated in this championships.
