About 5 years ago our house installed the solar system called EcoCute. It is an energy efficient electric heat pump, water heating and supply system.
It seems there were some corner-cutting constructions which we were informed today. I called many companies to fix the problem. First I called the customer service of the manufacturer but they said they are only responsible to the product itself and the construction is not their business.
I tried to find the company which installed the system but could not find because the telephone number is not valid anymore. I tried to find through Internet and telephone number research service but in vain.
If we could find the company, we could have asked them to repair for nothing. But the company does not exist any more, we have to pay for ourselves. How bad!
Now I believe those corner-cutting constructions must have made the company gone out of business.
As a man sows, so shall he reap. In Japanese idiom it is ingaouho (因果応報).
