It was fine but cool after rain this morning. The weather was nice, fine and not too hot.
In the evening it started raining when we went out for dinner. After dinner, it was pouring heavily.
At night I knew it really rained heavily by the news. It seems there was a train accident of the Keihin kyuko (京浜急行) line which I use every day because of the landslide by the heavy rain.
In Yokosuka (横須賀) it is still raining about 100mm per hour, and there is warning.
