2013.5.4

I went to two museums in Phnom Penh.  One is Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and the other was the National Museum which was very close to my hotel.  Tuol Sleng used to be a high school.  Classrooms were divided into many cells.  They say about 20,000 people were put into there during April 1975 to January 1979.  There were many pictures of the faces stayed there and of the torturing.  How sad history they have!
The pictures gave me gooseflesh.  There were two survivors selling their autobiography there.
After eating lunch I checked out the hotel and headed for the airport.  I came back to Bangkok in the evening.
