It was cloudy and partially rain.
I took two hours off to go to a bank and the legal affairs office to do inheritance procedure.
When I went to the bank, there was one document missing. So I went to the legal affairs office in Yokosuka first to get the certificate and submitted documents. Then I went back to the bank again to submit the returned documents from the legal affairs office.
There was one more place I wanted to visit but I gave up.
There are two more things I need to do for inheritance procedure.
