Yesterday it was very hot and became a summer day. But today it was rather cool. In the evening the cold winter wind No. 1 called kogarashi ichigo (木枯らし一号) blew.
In today's news I saw many women were active in many different scenes. For example in the morning Yokohama City Mayor, Ms. Fumiko Hayashi (林文子) concluded the agreement with Ms. Sadako Ogata (緒方貞子), president of JICA.
