I went to preview (下見：shitami) a conference room, a banquet room, a restaurant, and a facility for the coming program with a colleague and ate lunch there together. Rooms were fine, but we decided not to use the restaurant because of the menu which had a small variety of dishes than we expected. I think preview is very important.
On our way back to the office we talked many things. We have been working in the same office more than one year but we seldom had a chance to talk about private issue, so we enjoyed knowing each other.
