It was very cold outside today.
I had 4 days off this weekend, so I felt the night view of Tokyo had changed. It became darker because many department stores and offices close earlier than before to save electricity. At the stations I found many vending machines were out of service. We still carry out "planned blackout" and there are fewer trains running, therefore there are so many people on the train. This may continue for the next several months.
Today the 83rd National High School Baseball Invitation Tournament began.
