It was very cold like winter again.
I went to work. Our company decided to save electricity, and we stopped using elevators, hand dryer, and took out some fluorescent lights from the ceiling.
Since we practice "planned blackout (計画停電: keikaku teiden)", there are fewer trains running than usual. Therefore there were so many people at the stations, especially on my way home. Trains were so crowded, and it took more time than usual to get back home.
We still have earthquakes.
It will be colder tomorrow.
