Happy Birthday to the USA!
It was fine and very hot from the morning, but in the evening it rained with thunders, then it became fine again.
The new program has started. I wished to arrive early to prepare but the train delayed again and I was very busy to set up in a short time in the morning.
In the afternoon we visited the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism to listen to the lecture about the Land Tax System.
Since I paid the inheritance tax recently, it was a somehow familiar topic.
