It was fine after passing the typhoon No.22.
But it became windy and cold in the evening.
They say kogarashi ichigo (木枯らし1号), the first winter cold wind blew in Tokyo and Kinki area.
It will be the coldest morning tomorrow.
After work I met my friend from university after a long time. We only had less than one hour but were glad to see each other.
