It is very cold today. Yesterday in the Tokyo area kogarashi (木枯らし: cold winter wind) No. 1 blew. Some colleagues said they started wearing the winter overcoat from today. Outside it is cold, but inside it is warm, so it's difficult to think what to wear. Layering is useful.
