It was a cold day.
I took a day off to take Father to the hospital for the once a month check up. I was surprised to know that the parking lot was no longer free of charge. If you come to the hospital to see a doctor, the charge is a little bit cheaper than visiting someone in the hospital.
The reasons for collecting money are to help the business management and to avoid the parking without permission.
But for those who in need to go to the hospital, it is inconvenient.
