It is the biggest world youth organization which is joined by 30,000,000 youths in 161 regions and countries. In your country is it popular?
Today is also the day of cats which has started since 1987. I think this is just in Japan. Because it is from the call of cats "meow" which sounds like nyan nyan (ニャンニャン) for Japanese ears. Sound nyan reminds 2 which sounds ni in Japanese. Today is 2.22 (nyan nyan nyan).
