Today was the last day for one of colleagues. Some of us went to have lunch together.
We ate udon (うどん), white noodle. There were many different kinds of udon. Usually I like to have cold one in summer, but I chose the hot one with iron pot. There were many vegetables and meat in it, and it was delicious.
This kind of udon dish is called nabeyakiudon (鍋焼きうどん), and we usually eat in winter.
