It slightly rained around here.
But in Niigata (新潟) and Fukushima (福島) they say it rains heavily so that there are much damages here and there. Depends on the place it poured 120.5 mm per hour. There are heavy rain warning and advice to evacuate there.
I hope it stops soon.
