The second day of three-day weekend. I went grocery shopping. The road was so crowded.
It was a very hot summer day. The highest temperature of today seemed to go up 38.7 degrees centigrade in some places. If it goes up to more than 35 degrees centigrade, it is called moushobi(猛暑日), heat wave day.
What I like in summer is the fireworks festival. This year because of the Great Earthquakes many fireworks festival were canceled. However tonight I heard the sound of fireworks and went up to the 2nd floor. Form the porch I could see beautiful fireworks. I felt very lucky to live here.
