I stayed at home all day long.
Before working I joined laugh yoga which I practice from Monday to Saturday.
There was a team meetig after two weeks. It lasted for more than two hours.
At night I watched the 4C reading meeting by Mr. Toshitaka Mochizuki on Facebook Lives. It was the 10th 4C reading meeting. 4C means change, challenge, chance, and choroi. Choroi is a Japanese word meaning too easy.
Today's book was Happy Money by Mr. Ken Honda.
Next time will be from 21:30, on Monday, May 18 about The Lazy Man's Guide to Enlightenment by Thaddeus Golas.
