Last day of February.

How was it?

I enjoyed this month.

Starting from Ise jingu shrine visit on the first day of the month which fell on the New Year's Day of the lunar calendar, and I visited Atsuta jingu shrine, Osu kannon, Yamada tenmangu, and Kogane jinja shrine next day.

I had my wearing kimono pictures taken and enjoyed afternoon tea.

I was invited to the VIP luncheon at a Chinese restaurant in Ginza.

I have attended many zoom lectures and events and got to know new people.

My 32nd & 33rd e-photobooks became No.1 in Japan, the USA, and Spain.

I had the 6th Bilingual Fortune Sharing Tea Party.

2022.2.27

It was fine.

I stayed at home all day long.

Today I have my car inspected. It cost yen120,000.

I happened to find a free writing seminar and attended in the afternoon.

I did some net shopping.

I created one more blog which is to introduce my ebooks.

At night I had a zoom seminar.

It was fine.

I started the day with laughter yoga.

I had a free fortune telling session in the morning, and a free consulting session in the afternoon.

In between I talked with my friend through zoom.

After that I went to the beauty salon to have my hair cut and permed. 

I was thinking to go to see a movie after that or shopping but gave up and came home after having supper.

While I was on the train I attended a free online tour session. Four of us enjoyed talking after that.

It was an interesting day to talk with many people in diffeent situations.

It was fine.

There was a webinar by Ex-President of Morinda, Mr. Makoto Ohki at night. It's been a long time since I listened to his lecture last. I am very glad to see him again.

After that there was another seminar.

I am glad to talk with an old friend over the phone too.

It was fine but cold.

There were some bad things and some good things.

Bad things were I could not make myself understood. The things that I said were not understood as what I meant.

One of the good things was I found my 34th ebook was ranked as "#1 New Release" in the USA.

The other good thing was I got a prize of  yen 500 book card because I applied for something last year when I bought Akita komachi rice by chance.

At night I attended two zoom sessions.

It was fine.

Today is a national holiday called Tenno tanjobi (天皇誕生日), Emperor's birthday. He became 62 years old. Happy birthday!

They say today is the day of Mt. Fuji, because 2, 23 is possible to pronounce fu (2) ji (2)san (3), which means Mt. Fuji.

I got a call from the neighbor, and got a cabbage.

Besides that I stayed at home all day long.

I had 5 zoom sessions today and met old friends.

2022.2.22

It was fine and cold.

It seems to have snowed in Hokkaido very heavily.

Today is a very special day of 2022.02.22. They say it happens only once in 800 years. 

At 22:22 I took a screen shot with world time and temperature. The temperature of Tokyo was 2℃ and of Honolulu was 22℃. Isn't it something ?

Today I published the 34th e-book about the Victoria Falls in Zambia and Zimbabwe. To my glad it became No.1 in 2 sections in Japan.

At lunch time I went to Kaitoku inari jinja shrine where I happened to find by google map. Since today is the day of the second ox, I was told to visit any inari jinja, and I found that shrine. The name was very attractive, meaning open virtue. It was a very small shrine.

After that I went to banks to transfer money. Handling charge was very expensive.

On my way home I dropped at Kurihama to shop. I happened to see my friend whom I happened to see yesterday morning. Isn't it interesting?

I attended many online events tonight.

It was a fruitful day.

2022.2.21

It was fine but cold.

There was a train accident in the morning, and my train delayed about an hour.

To my surprise I happened to see a high school classmate who took JR from Yokohama to Shinagawa to avoid the accident area.

There were 45 students in my high school class, 10 classes in one grade, and classes were the same for three years. 

We went to universities in different prefectures. When I was in Florida from 2006 to 2008, he was in Texas. We visited each other. When he was stationed in Kuala Lumpur, I visited him once. 

Now he works in Otemachi which is the next station of my office using the same lines. We have happened to see each other at Shinagawa station before too.

Isn't it interesting?

We are just classmates but we share many experiences.

It was a cold rainy day, though partially became fine in the afternoon.

I stayed at home all day long, listening to the three hours lecture I missed yesterday, watching the final match of Curling, making the list of attending shrine visiting tours, and making a new e-photobook and so on.

The Olympic Beijing 2020 was over. Japan got the most medals ever. Congratulations!

It was cloudy in the morning and rainy in the evening.

I wore kimono and went to Ginza to attend a VIP luncheon at a Chinese restaurant.

Those who had attended the shrine visiting tours for more than 10 times in a year were invited.

It was the first time for me to attend this luncheon.

I enjoyed eating delicious lunch, chatting with friends who have the same hobby, and listening to the valuable lecture by our mentor.

After that seven of us went to have a cake set and enjoyed talking.

I went to Sugita on my way home and got some presents.

It was a nice day.

It was fine.

At lunch time I went to Post Office to deposit and change the missed new years cards and get new year's cards presents. I got six gifts of stamp set this year. To my surprise I could change the missed new year's card with exchanged the gift by paying yen 5.

Today was the day of three tigers,: day of tiger, month of tiger, and year of tiger. This only happens once in 60 years. Tiger is related with money. Tiger can go to 1000 ri which is about 4000 km and come back. Therefore if you spend money it will come back. It is supposed to be the luckiest day regarding money.

I hope the depositted money becomes bigger.

It was fine but cold.

It was the full moon night.

At work I met an old friend by chance.

On my way home I dropped at Yokosukachuo and went to some ATMs because today is a payday.

I saw the Japan Post Bank started charging handling fees after 6 pm. So I decided not to deposit tonight.

At night I attended a big celebration party by zoom, and enjoyed telling my dreams and making new friends.

I hope I can realize what I want to accomplish.

My 33rd ebook is now No.1,  No.2, and No.2 in the USA again.

It was fine.

My smart watch was not charged and I asked why. My friend gave me a piece of advice, and I tried, and it worked.I felt relieved.

Today my 33rd e-book became No. 1 in the USA.

After coming home I attended a zoom session which was suppose to last for 30 minutes, but we enjoyed talking about my books and lasted for more than one hour.

It was very interesting to learn how to loosen my muscles.

It was very cold this morning.

Windshield was frozen.

Every 15th of the month, I try to visit the nearby shrine before going to work. But this morning I needed to melt the ice on the windshield, and I could not.

My 33rd ebook became No.1 in 2 sections in Spain, and in 6 sections in Japan today.

How do you spend thia day?

In Japan it is the day that women give chocolates to men they like, and in return men give sweets to women on March 14. 

There are so many chocolates at this time at the department store. Some are unbelievably expensive.

It was a cold rainy day.  It will be snow.

I stayed at home all day long, that is I did not go out for four days. That is good. I could do what I needed to do, cooked, washed, pressed, watched, and so on.

I prepared the pictures of the next e-book. That will be so good. Because it is the most favorite places. So beautiful. I am looking forward to publishing it next week.

It was fine.

I stayed at home all day long.

I attended two zoom sessions.

One is the free painting lessson on the masks. I was going to see how to do because I did not have proper ink and brush but it looked easy and I decided to do with color pens. I enjoyed the lesson a lot.

The other is an exchange meeting talking about Love because of the St. Valentines' Day.

I published my 33rd e-book about India.

It was fine.

It is a national holiday called kenkoku kinen no ji (建国記念の日), National Foundation Day.

The First Emperor of Japan Jimmu is thought to be enthroned on February 11, BC 660.

Therefore Japan has more than 2682 years of history. It is the oldest country.

I stayed at home all day long. 

I checked the lottery of the new year's  cards finally. I got some third prize which is a set of stamps.

I watched winter Olympic games. Ayumu Hirano became a champion for the half pipe of snow board. Congratulations!!

It was a cold rainy day.

Weather forecast said that it would be heavy snow.

It was not snowing yet, but I decided to stay at home to take a special day off.

Today there was the Men's Single Free Skating.

We expected Yuzuru Hanyu would win for three times straight, but he became No.4.  Yuma Kagiyama got the Silver, and Shoma Uno got the  Bronze. Congratulations!!

There were many things to do, and I finished two of them.

It was fine.

At office we had been waiting for a call from our boss, but it didn't come.

We were wondering why.

I got an email from him, and found he had called several times.

I checked the phone and it was set as silent mode. I do not know why it was so.

If he did not tell me, I did not know.

We'd better express what is happening and what problems we are facing.

The answers might be easier than we imagine.

It was fine and very cold.

I got a thank you letter with free drink tickets from the restaurant in Yokkaich where I went during my Ise visit.

It was fine and very cold. In the afternoon it slightly snowed.

I had two zoom sessions.

One is Heartgram  in the morning. It uses 25 cards. There are 25 questions, and we were

required to answer by Yes or No. Yes is counted and classified into five categories.

It was interesting.

The other is voice analysis in the  afternoon. There are three sections, and three voices are recorded and analized. This was also interesting.

In the afternoon I went shopping and filled my car up.

It was a nice weekend.

It was fine, cloudy and cold.

I wore kimono and headed for Kimono Style Miya to have my hair set, makeup, dressed up, and pictures taken.

After that I visited the Iseyama kotai jingu shrine and Naritasan temple. 

And I went to Shinagawa to see my advisor and had afternoon tea at the Inter continental hotel. There were 25 drink choice.

From 18:00 I attended a monthly meeting.

It was an eventful day.

It was fine.

Today is risshun (立春), one of the nijushisekki (二十四節気), 24 solar terms.  The last one was daikan (大寒) on January 20, and the next one is usui (雨水) on February 19.

Risshun literally means stand spring. It is the first day of spring though it is still cold.

This morning my 32nd ebook became No.1 in the USA. I am very glad.

Today I had to transfer some money. One of them was a small amount and I sent it by Paypay which is very convenient.

The Winter Olympic Beijing 2022 has started.

2022.2.3

It was fine.

Today was setsubun (節分), a day before spring.

We have a custom to scatter roasted soy beans to drive away vibes.

We eat the roasted soy beans as much as our age to wish the good health.

W eat ehomaki (恵方巻き), good luck direction sushi toll without saying anything facing at the good luck direction of the year which is north-north-west this yesr.

I went shopping fluorescent lights, but could not fix the light. I do not know why.

2022.2.2

It was fine.

I got up as usual, did TV gymnastics, and checked out the hotel to meet someone at the Nagoya station. We went to Atsuta jingu shrine first and had Okiyomemochi with green tea, and went to Osu kannon temple and ate Mont Blanc set which making process and presentation is really good for SNS. It is tasty but rather expensive

We went to Yamada tenmangu shrine and Kogane jinja shrine finally and came back to Nagoya and ate Tofu dinner.

I went back to the hotel to pick up the suit case and took 16:08 Shinkansen.

It was a nice day.

2022.2.1

A new month has started. February is nigatsu(2月or 二月) or kisarag(如月) in Japanese.

This year the new year of the lunar calendar falls on today. 

So Happy New Year!!

I got up early to get special sweets prepared only for the first day of the month at Akafuku, the famous Japanese sweets factory in Ise. They opens at 5 am every day.

Yestersay at 5 pm all of the shops were closed, but I was so surprised to see many of shops were open at 5 am this morning.

After coming back to the hotel I joined a body adjustment practice, and attended an early shrine visit which was very nice.

After came back to the hotel and ate breakfast, I changed to kimono and attended the special formal visit.

We came back to eat lunch and visited the Ise jinju shrine in the afternoon too.

After the program I went to Ise city station by bus to get on a train and came to Nagoya.

All the restaurants have been closed when I got to Nagoya around 8:30 pm.

Today my 32nd book free promotion started. I hope you enjoy.
