It was fine today.
Last Sunday I bought a microwave & oven, and it was delivered today.
As the first dish I cooked grilled chicken with shiokoji (塩麹), salty seasoning which I bought yesterday in Ueda, Nagano (長野県上田:nagano ken ueda). They say it is very popular these days. I baked satoimo (里芋:taro) too. I steamed asari (あさり:short-neck clam) with sake (酒). For rice, I mixed nozawana furikake (野沢菜ふりかけ) which I also bought yesterday. And I cooked miso soup with nameko (なめこ: slimy mushroom), tofu (豆腐:bean curd), abura age (油揚げ: deep-fried bean curd), and negi (ねぎ: Welsh onion).
All were delicious.
