2012.3.6

It was heavily raining in the morning, but it stopped in the afternoon. It was a bit warm today.
Every night when I come back to my station, I see the more and more cherry blossoms are blooming. Spring is nearing.

  1. I long to see the cherry blossoms of Japan. Almost every anime I watch mentions them or shows the blooming cherry trees. I would like to experience them once ... or twice. I actually have one question, what does wakata mean?

  2. Thank you for reading my blog. I hope you have chances to come to Japan in Spring to see beautiful cherry blossoms.
I am not sure in what sense "wakata" was used. If it is yukata, it means casual kimono. If it is written as "Wakata," it is the surname of a Japanese astronaut. Waka "若" means young, ta "田" means rice field.
