There has been some problems about Dropbox since last month and asked about it to the person in charge at work, but she has been busy and could not get the answer for a long time.
I wrote an email to the help center of Dropbox in the morning, and I got a reply within a few hours.
I should have asked to them from the beginning
I felt I have wasted time.
