It rained. But in the night when I came back I could see the beautiful moon and some stars.
The FIFA World Cup will start soon. I wonder if every construction of the venue was finished or not.
When we went to Spain in March 1992 for Expo 92, some pavilions were still under construction however most of them were in time when it opened on April 20. However when I worked at Expo 2005, the Andean Amazonian Pavilion was not opened until 50 days later than the grand opening.
Compared to those Expo, World Cup lasts only for a month or so, I am wondering.
