Today is hangesho (半夏生), one of shichijuniko (七十二候), the 72 solar terms. It is the 11th day since geshi (夏至), the summer solstice. It is the time when the rainy season ends and last term for planting rice. It is also the name of plant which leaves have white in the half bottom.
It was fine and hot today.
I took my father two different hospitals for examination and for monthly check up. It took all day after all.
