It was fine and hot.

I was going to take a bus tour to Shizuoka, but it was canceled due to the lack of the minimum number of participants.

Instead I went to Kawasaki and watched four movies by stock holder's free tickets.

First was a Japanese movie titled "Plan 75" which deals with the problem of the aged people.

Second was a Korean movie directed by a Japanese director titled "Broker" which deals with the life of a baby.

Third was a Norwegian movie titled "The Worst Person in the World" which deals with a life of a woman with lovers.

Fourth was an American movie titled "Elvis." It is a true story of Elvis Presley who passed away at the age of 42.

Birth, love, marriage, family, divorce, sickness, work, money, death.  These are universal themes of living. Stories are unlimited.

To my glad my 40th e-book became No.1 in the USA. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

It was fine and hot.

It is the new moon, a good time to start something. And a good time to write wishes to make come true. What dreams fo you have ?

My 40th ebook became No.1 in all the foreign books in Japan, and No. 1 in two sections in the Netherlands.

It was fine.

Since the bus trip was canceled this weekend, I am trying to reschedule the different plan but it was a bit difficult.

I hope something will work out.

It was a rainy day.

In the morning it rained heavily and the train delayed.

In the evening, it seemed trees fell on the railway and many trains were stopped on my way back. To my lucky I could come back home as always. 

Thank you for the people who cleared the trees.

I created a short movie by Power Point and BGM for the first time at work.

It was fine.

Today I called the tax office and asked questions I had during the weekend.

After work on my way home I dropped at Kurihama to shop.

To my sad the bus tour I was going this weekend was canceled due to the number of the participants. 

I am glad that my 40th ebook is ranked as No.1 in Japan.

2022.7.24

It was fine.

I wore kimono and went to Kainan jinja shrine to have a formal visit in front of the newly built Konpiragu.

After that we went to Deguchiso to have dinner.

After that I visied the nearby shrine where I visited a long time ago.

I went to Gumyoji to pick up the zori shoes which I asked for repair a few weeks ago.

There is a shopping arcade on the way and I  bought bags and an umbrella on my way back.

It was a nice day.

2022.7.23

It was fine and hot.

I stayed at home all day long though I was planning to go out...

But since there were lots of things to do, it became a good holiday.

Today is Doyo no ushi no hi (土用の丑の日), the day of ox during 18 days before the first day of fall. There are four doyo in a year, but usually we mean the summer time. At this time we eat eels.This custon started from Edo era.

I prepared publishing the new book.

It was cloudy at first, became rain and fine later.

 I watched an online course which my friend recorded at lunch time.

After work I listened to the webinar which is scheduled twice a month.

Both were free.

It was cloudy and partially rained but I did not have to use un umbrella.

After work I dropped at Yokosukachuo to do some errands. 

In the morning I was going to attend a zoom gathering event but I did not attend after all.

I sent some pictures to my friend by Line, but it did not become "read." So I have been wondering why. She said she had three Line accounts because she could not transfer the data well.

Happy 30th Anniversary of the Japan Day in Expo ' 92!!

There are three important dates while I was working at Expo'92 in Seville, Spain. 

April 20 for the opening, October 12 for the closing, and July 20 for the Japan Day.

My colleague who lives in Spain sent us the news article there.

There was a video which reminded me of the 7 months in Seville.

It was cloudy.

I missed my station in the morning but was glad to be in time by taking the different route.

I gave a souvenir from Kyoto. It was a special version of Otabe for Gion festival. It was tasty.

I ate konnyaku which was made by the owner of the Inn I stayed on Sunday. I have never thought of making those ingredient at home, and I was very surprised abd impressed.

I felt tired and fell asleep at sofa st night.

It was fine.

We attended a morning ceremony at Tenkawa dai benzaiten shrine, and came back to the Inn to have breakfast.

The owner kibdly took us to the bus stop where is about 3.2km away.

We took a train and visited Kashihara jungu shrine which has a long history

We met our mutual friends and came back to Tokyo together. It was really lucky because only I had a seat reservation and other two bought tickets this evening. Most of the seats were occupied and only the seat next to me was available.

We were very lucky.

2022.7.17

It was cloudy at frst but became fine.

I started the day early.

I checked out the hotel around 6:10 am and took 6:35 am train to Nara.

Today's destination is Tenkawa dai benzaitensha (天河大弁財天社), which is one of the fifth biggest Benzaiten enshrined shrine in Japan.  Others are in Miyajima in Hiroshima, Chikubujima in Lake Biwa, Enoshima in Kanagawa, and Kinkazan in Miyagi. I have been to all of them. So this is the last destination for the five biggest Benzaiten visiting.

There was the biggest festival in a year. Unfortunately I could not join the formal ceremony which only limits 120 people or so.

However I could participate in the fire ceremony  and Noh performance, which were really nice.

After that I went to Mitarai Valley to see some waterfalls, where are very beautiful.

After having dinner, my friend and I went to hot springs. There were so many people there.

I had a fruitful day.

2022.7.16

It was cloudy, and beame fine.

I left home before 8am and arrived at Kyoto around noon.

I left the carry case at the hotel and went to Kifune jinja shrine, which I missed in March.

I visited three shirnes, and came back by different way to buy sweets, and visited Shimogamo shirne and headed for Yasaka shrine to see Iwami kagura.

Unfortunately I could not see my friend and have good dinner, instead I enjoyed visiting other shrines.

After checking in the hotel, I tried shakyo (写経).

I had walked a lot.

2022.7.15

It was a rainy day.

I went to the nearby shrine before going to the office as the 15th ritual.

There was a recording event, and we ordered the delivery sandwiches for lunch which were very nice.

Furthermore I got some sweets from the guest, and a cake from my colleague.

At night I had an appointnent at 19:00 but the person got involved a trouble and appeared nearly two hours late.

So I could listen to the Webinar.

What looks bad is not bad so much, isn't it?

2022.7.14

It was a rainy day.

Today is the Supermoon, but we could not see the Moon unfortunately.

I ordered sandwiches for tomorrow by internet. You can choose the kind of bread, toast or not, side dishes, and topping. 

I did not notice about this variation when I ordered before more than two years ago, or maybe I just forgot.

Are you happy when there are choices or not?

It was a rainy day.

There was a guest to check our facility to decide which place to use for recording of the event later this week. 

He brought the sweets called taiyaki (たい焼き), the sea bream shaped pan cake filled with sweet red bean paste for the souvenir. It was still warm. 

We could not eat them all, so we decided to keep the rest at the refrigerator. 

I thought it is better to keep them after taking the rough heat at the refrigerator. But my colleague suggested to keep them at the freezer while it is still warm.

She said when you freeze rice, it is more delicious when you freeze them while it is still hot rather than when it became the normal temperature because the moisture is important.

It was cloudy but became rain.

They say in Ssitama it is heavily raining.

After work I dropped at Yokosukachuo to do something.

This morning I booked a restaurant for dinner next month where I could not go twice. I hope it will be "The third is the charm."

From tonight another new TV program started.

It was fine.

On my way to the office I usually drop at the convenience store and buy almost the same thing for lunch. It seems the price has become a little bit higher.

There was a big event this afternoon. I am glad it went well.

The new TV drama programs started recently.It looks interesting.

It was fine and hot.

I went to Asakusa to visit Sensoji(浅草寺). If you visit there today, it is the same value as visiting for 46,000 days. Isn't  it nice ?

There was a Hozuki ichi (ほおずき市) market.

After that I moved to Toranomon to see my friend.

We had a Chinese lunch and I visited another shrine.

I went to Gumyoji to attend a fire ceremony at a temple.

I visited a kimono shop to ask shoes repair.

After coming home I received the special red stamp notebook from the Zenkoji (善光寺) temple where I visited last montjh.

At night I attended an online Reiki meeting. There were nearly 300 people from 14 countries. It was spoken in Japanese, Spanish, and Portuguese.

It was an eventful day.

It was fine.

I cleaned and cleared  kimono first.

There was a online consulting session, which took time to start.

After having brunch I headed for the Yoksuka Myseum of Art to attend a talk event. I arrived more than 45 minutes earlier but it was already full and I could not attend.

I just looked at works at three exhibitions.

After that I visited the Hashirimuzu jinja shrine.

I went shopping at two places .efore coming home, I decided.to go to vote today because I am not sure what time I come back today.

It was fine.

Unbelievable incident has happened in Japan today. Mr. Shinzo Abe, the former Prime Minister of Japan, was shot and killed in Nara when he was giving a stump speech. He was 67 years old. He became the Prime Minister twice and was the Japan's longest-serving Prime Minister.

I heard the news when I was going to have lunch.

When I was leaving the office, he has already passed away.

It was an incredible news.

Under his policy I had engaged in three international exchange programs, i.e. JENESYS Programme, Kizuna Project, and ABE Initiative.

These programs influenced a great deal of young people and enhanced mutual understanding among varieties of cultural background.

His contribution was great.

I am very sorry about the sad ending of his precious life.

After work I went to Yurakucho to have dinner with SRC friends after more than three years.

I felt one event led to interesting connections after our lives. 

If one of them did not write a book about her own life, we have not met each other.

If I had not attended a lecture, I would not have met them.

Life is a countinous of miracles.One thing leads to unfireseen future.

Let 's enjoy each moment of our precious life!

It was fine.

July 7 is known as tanabata (七夕), Star Festival, when once a year Vega and Altair meet across the Milky Way.

We decorate colorful strips written wishes on the bamboo tree.

Today is shosho (小暑) one of nijushisekki (二十四節気), the 24 solar terms. Last one was geshi (夏至) on June 21 and the next one is taisho (大暑) on July 23.

Today I took an hour off to attend a meeting in Gotanda. After that five of us had dinner together.

I am so glad to get a peach from my friend who went to Yamanashi bus tour today.

It was cloudy.

Since I did not have to buy lunch before going to office I had some time to talk with somebody over the phone.

To my glad my 39th e-book became No.1 in 3 sections in the Netherlands.

At night I had chatted with my Spanish friend living in France and working in Germany, and talked with a Japanese friend about my next trip, and she decided to join me.

It must be another interesting trip.

How convenient our llfe now is without spending money for talking over the phone and sending messages through international applications on the phone!

It was supposed to be heavy rain, but did not rain so much.

I am glad that my 39th e-book is No.1 in the USA after Japan and Netherlands.

It was cloudy, slightly rained, and became fine.

At lunch time my colleague and I went to buy lunch for some people.Usually I go to the convenience store before going to the office, so I do not know about fancy takeout foods.

Today a present campaign for my 39th e-book has started. After 3 hours it became No.1 in two sections in Japan.

It was cloudy, rainy, and fine. Another hot day.

I wore kimono and headed for Kimono Style Miya to have hair set, make up, dressed up, and pictures taken.

After that I went to Iseyama kotai jingu shrine and Naritasan temple as usual.

I went to Shinjuku to see the Mandala Art Exhibition. There were many beautiful artworks there.  I am glad to see them.

After that I went to Aoyamaicchome to see another Original Futomani Design Art Exhibition.

On my way back home, I dropped at Sugita to see somebody. She said she would leave the shop this month and wanted to say good bye.

She was going to work by 80 years old, but gave up. To my surprise she started working at the age of 60 for the first time and has worked for 15 years without having days off.

It was fine and hot.

I stayed at home all day long.

I cleared kimonos coming back from loundry, pressed, and prepared for tomorrow.

I got an ID card of the Overseas Publishing Cram School by internet. This includes QR code to my Author's page. It is very convenient, isn't it?

I joined this school about 3 years and a half ago.I have published 39th e-book for now. Most of them became No.1in Japan and other countries.

2022.7.1

A new month has started.

July is shichigatsu (７月 or 七月) or fuzuki or fumizuki (文月), literally letter month.

I went to a nearby shrine as the first day ritual in the morning before going qo the office.  

After work I went to a restaurant to have dinner.

I booked the one through Internet. But it was not booked. They sent me an email and called me several times but I did not notice because I did not pick up the phone while working.

My friend and  I waked around and saw the beautifu l Tokyo tower and took pictures. 

Ww had diinner at a Spanish bar nearby.

We enjoyed eating and talking.

It was a nice time.

It was fine and hot.

Half of the year 2022 has gone.

How was it?

Mine was good.

June 30 is known as Nagoshi no oharai (夏越しの大祓い) when you pay off the dirt of six months by passing through the big circle mde of thatch at the shrine.

At night I had the 10th Bilingual Fortune Sharing Tea Party. I enjoyed sharing the good things happened in June and the plans in July.
