2020.5.26

It was cloudy.

I stayed at home all day long except throwing away the trashes. Today is a day for bottles, cans, and papers collection in our town.

I attended Laugh Yoga before working and Inner Peace Introduction Course and Skill up seminar after work by zoom.

There are five points to be happier.
1 meditation
2 good human relationship
3  to do something exciting
4  to thank
5  to wish somebody's happiness

I was not going to take a real course, but since it includes Zero which I have wanted to take but couldn't for a few years so that I applied for the online course. I am very looking forward to experiencing it.
