January 7 is known as nanakusa gayu (七草粥).
During New Year's holiday we tend to eat too much, therefore we eat light food on Jan. 7.
Until today it is called matsu no uchi (松の内),and we take away the new year decoration today.
Many people started working, therefore the train was very crowded.
