It was cloudy and fine in the day time but became rain at night.
Today is Fumi no hi (ふみの日), Letter writing day.
I stayed at home in the morning but went to Shinagawa to attend a meeting which I was not going today. It was a result of miscommunication. Even if it is Japanese and between Japanese, we misunderstand written messages. We should have talked to confirm.
After consulting I went to see my friend at the hospital to do REIKI. She was in the hospital by the end of May and came back suddenly last Friday. So I was surprised and decided to visit. She was in the wheel chair this time. I thought her supper time was from 5 pm but it started at 6 pm and I stayed there by 8 pm by doing REIKI..
Today is the last day for my free promotion of the third book. I hope many people take this opportunity and learn something about Japan.

I went to Tokyo to have lunch with my friend. It was a nice restaurant from where we could see the Tokyo station.
After that we went to see my ex-boss who introduced me the restaurant at the Tokyo City i. I was surprised to see the brouchures of vegetarian foods and Halal foods. I think this is very important to welcome foreigners at rugby world cup this year and Olympics and Paralympics next year.
In the afternoon I attended a reporting session. There were about 200 people. There were some exciting news.
After that seven of us went to have dinner. We were very lucky to get 10% off because of the time offer.
It was a rainy day.
I stayed at home to receive two deliveries.
After that I went to Shinagawa to have a meeting.
I met some friends but there were some miscommunications. Even between Japanese, words are sometimes difficult, especially written words.
Email, messenger, Line, What's APP I often use these applications but maybe there is a possibility of not to be understood each other.
Today I learned a lot.

I started the day earlier than usual because there was a meeting from 9 am.
Next meeting started at 11 am.
During lunch time I went to banks to transfer money.
In the afternoon I had another meeting.
After work I went to see the illumination of the Tokyo Midtown which was very beautiful.
After that I went to Shinagawa to see somebody. It was very interesting to talk about my dreams.
I got some Christmas messages.
By talking with somebody many problems can be solved.
I felt I got many nice Christmas gifts to make my future better.

There were two meetings, one in the morning, the other in the afternoon. Both were a kind of preliminary meetings for the meetings for near future.
There is a word "nemawashi(根回し)" in Japanese which means to get consensus or approval beforehand to have meetings smothly.

In the afternoon I had a chance to hear the lecture by a US bestseller writer. I knew about it in the morning. Since there was a group meeting I missed the first half part. But I am glad to attend to hear the situation of other countries.
After work I went to Daimon to see my friends and attended a meeting. I am glad to see my friend before she goes back to her home country.
After the meeting we went out for supper.
I ordered soup rice which seemed like Thai curry.
I had a good day to see many people.

In the morning I visited two shrines, one near my house and the other near my office before going to the office as on the 15th day rituals.
At work I had a weekly meeting with team members in the morning.
In the afternoon
I attended an English seminar to introduce Japanese culture. It was interesting.
After work I went to Kojimachi to attend the study meeting of Cryptcurrency. It was very interesting to see the sending and receiving process. It is so easy and fast. I understand why these coins and / or tokens have become so popular in such a short time.
