It was fine.

I stayed at home and worked at home.

I attended two zoom sessions to learn zoom in the morning and afternoon. I learned a new skill of audio transcrption. In the evening I tried that technic but it seemed it did not correspond to Japanese.

In the night I joined one more zoom session. It was too long to concentrate.

First week of teleworking is over. I think it was very productive to save more than 22 hours of commuting which is equivalent to about one day.
