The end of May.

It was a nice birth month.

It was rainy today. I used a big umbrella, but I forgot bringing it back because it stopped rainning.

At night I held the 9th Bilingual Fortune Sharing Tea Party. There were 5 participants, and we enjoyed talking about the good things happened in May.

It was interesting and it lasted for more than one hour and a half.

2022.5.30

It was fine.

Today is the new moon. 

It is a good time to think of what you wish, and write them down by hand. They say about 10 wishes to write is fine.

I have written almost the same wishes for a long time.

At night I attended a zoom seminar about skincare.

After supper I cooked side dishes and dessert for tomorrow.

I tried to make a photobook but it was difficult to select pictures and decided to divide them 5 books by month.

I hope to publish one of them within this month.

2022.5.29

It was fine and hot.

I went to see the Dosun matsuri (道寸祭り), at the Araihama beach, Aburatsubo. 

It took about one hour and a half from my house to the parking lot, which is about more than three times as usual.

I am glad to be in time for the ceremony. Kasagake (笠懸), which is shooting an arrow from the running horse was so powerful.

After the festival I went to Kainan jinja shrine to see the new auxiliary shrine for which I donated a little bit.

After coming back I had a zoom holoscope session. It was fun.

It was very fine.

I went to Kimono Style Miya to have my hairset, makeup, dressed up  and pictures taken.

I went to see my friend at Iseyama kotai jingu and visited Narita san temple together, and enjoyed having Afternoon Tea at a Chinese restaurant in Yokohama to celebrate our birthdays together. Time passed so first.

I went to Shinagawa to see other friends.

It was a fruitful day.

It was rainy in the morning, rained heavily in the afternoon, but became fine in the evening.

I happened to find Karasumori jinja shrine which I have been interested in on my way to the restaurant in Shimbashi.

I had dinner with friends whose name is the same in the kanji characters but read differently. My name is Kimiko, and others are Masako and Tomoko. We are different in the ages, but love to eat crabs. So we ate crabs at Shimbashi.

I have known Masako for about 9 years, but Masako for a few weeks. 

So we met Tomoko for the first time tonight.

But we enjoyed having dinner and talking.

It was a nice gathering.

It was fine.

I was rather busy at office.

After coming home, I found a post card from the Tsutafude (伝筆) instructor whom I learned how to write last Saturday.

These days I seldom send letters and cards. So I am glad to get it.

At night I had a zoom meeting which was nice to know each other.

It was a nice day.

It was fine.

I could not get up early and missed the usual train and could not buy lunch before going to office.

But instead I could go out during lunch time to buy lunch and enjoyed fresh air.

After coming home, I cooked supper and ate in a hurry to attend a zoom session from 9 pm. I enjoyed talking with the instructor, and found some possibilities of my future.

It was fine.

I watched many programs tonight.

From the entertainment program I learned a lot. It dealt with food poison.

Someone who ate ice cream had a heavy stomachahe. The reason was the ice cream she ate was once melted and froze again. It beame full of bacteria.

Someone who ate the taro stalk got a terrible pain like having tons of needles. The reason was the one she had had poison of needles. There are many kinds of taro, and depends on the kinds stalks have poison.

Someone who ate the star shaped seasoning which his mother got from the neighbours was not the seasoning but poisonous.

If I did not watch this program, I might have the same problem.

I felt scared. Ignorance  is dangerous.

It was fine.

The US president Mr.Baiden is now in Japan.

In the morning I missed getting off the station and had to return and could not drop at the convenience store to buy lunch.

I read some ebooks today. Kindle unlimited is very convenient to read them. These days it seems there is no limit to download, though it used to be 10 books to download before.

It was fine.

I went to grocery shoppings and fill my car up in the morning. I was surprised at the increased gasoline price. I have never paid such a high price by now.

After having lunch I went to Shinagawa to see friends after a long time. There was a very interesting encounter.

After saying good-bye to my friend, I went to Asakusa to see Sanja matsuri (三社祭), the Three Shrine's Festival. There were so many people there today.

In the evening while I was waiting for Omikoshi (お神輿), the portable shrines come back to Kaminarimon (雷門), Thunder gate, I visited the Tourists' Information and knew there was an observatory at the 8th floor. On the elevator, I happened to see my ex-boss of Expo 2005 who was transferred the office there in April.

It was a very nice surprise to see him ater a long time.

At night I joined two zoom meetings.

It was a fruitful day.

It was a rainy day.

I stayed at home all day long.

Today's main event was Tsutafude Caravan. I have attended this zoom gathering for three times. It was fun to try writing. I enjoyed talking at the breakout room, and became Facebook friends.

At night there was a zoom gathering of Reiki lovers. 

To my surprise there was someone whose birthday is the same as mine. She said she knew it from my post. 

It was a very nice meeting because we could share our experiences.

Facebook sometimes tells me what I was doing the day last year, two years ago, three years ago, etc.

Today some of my past posts of today popped up.

Three years ago my first ebook became No.1 in the USA. I have published 37 ebooks so far. That means I have published about one book per month.

I am thinking to creat a new series about beautiful places in Japan soon.

It was fine after a while. I saw the sun which makes me feel happy. It seems to be fine and hot tomorrow.

After coming home I attended a zoom meeting which lasted until 10 pm. I have felt pains on my arms for a few months, and I got the message to take care of myself, especially back.

I am glad that I could receive the re-delivered goods which I have not asked for the redelivery yet tonight.

It was cloudy at first, slightly rained at lunch time  and became cloudy again.

There was a meeting with a world famous professor today. I have worked here for more than two years and a half  but did not have a chance to talk with him by now.

After the meeting my supervising faculty invited me and my colleague to a very nice restaurant and we had sushi lunch. It was the place where I have wanted to go and what is more it was the place only club members can enter. Therefore I was very glad.

On my way home  I dropped at Yokosukachuo and did chores.

It was a fruit  day.

It was a rainy day.

Tonight is a fullmoon.

At night I had a zoom talking with someone who was interested in my posts and  asked me to interview.

She is a succsessful entrepreneur and supports women entrepreneurs.

It was interesting.

It was cloudy.

Today is the 50th anniverdary of Okinawa's return to Japan. 

I went to Kimono-style Miya to have myself dressed up, and visited Iseyama kotai jingu where there was a festival. I felt lucky. I visited Naritasan temple and shrines too.

I went to Yokohama to see my friend who works as a fortune teller on Sundays.

After that I had lunch.

I took a shuttle bus to the English Garden where there were so many roses in different colors and shapes. It is located in the model housing venue. I enjoyed checking one of them.

At night I had two zoom sessions.

It was a fruitful day.

It was rainy in the morning, but became fine.

Finally my new refrigerator came. I am very glad.

In the evening I attended three zoom & Facebook meetings. First was an explanation meeting for the Kimono show in Dubai. Second was Facebook live. Third was Tsutafude caravan.  I wrote two words. I am glad to see you. And Thank you.

At night I watched E.T. on TV. which has been my favorite since I saw it for the first time.

It was a rainy day.

I watched "Roman Holiday" on TV after a long interval. It was released in 1953, but s

till nice movie and one of my favorites.

I was lucky enough not to use an umbrella.

Nohana album for April has arrived. I feel things I did in April have happened a long time ago.

There was something I wanted to do at jome,but I was too tired to do.

Today is koshi(甲子), the first day of the 60 days cycle. They say it is a good day to start something. 

Have you started something?

My new refrigerator will arrive this Saturday. So I started cleaning the two refrigerators. I have too much things. I should have thrown away many things. But I feel they must be useful someday, and could not.

I need to change the mindset.

Today is my mother's death anniversary.

It's been 20 years since she passed away. How fast time flies!

I feel happy that it  was fine yesterday and was able to wear the new kimono, and that I got many birthday wishes.

It was fine.

Today is Mother 's Day, and the last day of the Golden Week.

I went to the nearby shrine and my parents' grave yard first to thank.

After that I went to Kimono-Style Miya to have hairset, makeup, dressed up, and my pictures taken.

I was invited to the lunch at a French restaurant of the 68th floor of the Land Mark Tower, and enjoyed talking and eating.

After that my friend I visited shrines and temples.

After saying good-bye, I went to Kamioooka to buy a refrigerator.

Then I went to see my friend at her house. It's been so long since we met last. I am glad to see her again after a long interval. She baked Pizza and cake for me.

It was a nice birthday.

It was rainy in the daytime, but became fine n the evening.

I stayed at home all day long.

I attended three zoom sessions in the morning and one in the night.

At the third zoom sessions, I got very nice birthday messages.

At night I enjoyed talking over the phone with my Spanish best friend to celebrate our birthdays.

It was fine.

I took an hour off to attend a monthly meeting.There was a surprise. The president joined the meeting as a special guest and talked for 20 minutes, which included a surprising news.

After that my friends and I went o have dinner at a Chinese restauranr

It was fine.

May 5 is a national holiday called kodomo no hi (こどもの日), Children's Day.

Those families with boys decorate helmet and carp streamers wishing their healthy growth.

Today is rikka (立夏), one of nijushisekki (二十四節気), 24 solar terms. The last one was kokuu (穀雨) on April 20, and the next one is shoman (小満) on May 21.

Rikka literally means stand summer, it is the beginning of summer.

I attended the morning prayer ceremony at Kinkazan koganeyama jinja shrine and had breakfast and visited their shrines again.

We checked out and took a ferry to Onagawa at 11:50.

I took tains from Onagawa to Honshiogama and visited Shiogama jinja shrine and others.

I came back by 18:55 Shinkansen from Sendai and arrived at home just before midnight.

It was a nice trip to Tohoku.

It was fine.

I started the day early.

We took 6:50 ferry to Ayukawa and waited for about two hours and changed another ferry to Kinkazan where is the main purpose of this trip. There was a first snake day festival. 

After that we climbed Kinkazan, and enjoyed the beauitiful sceneries.

It was a nice holiday.

It was fine during the day time, but rained at night again.

I took a half day off to renew my driver's license at Yokosuka Police Station. I am glad the condition of wearing glasses was removed, and that I got the new one today.

From tomorrow the latter part of the golden week will start. I am looking forward to visiting Kinkazan.

It was cloudy in the morning, but became rain.

I started the day very early, prepared lunch and visited the nearby shrine, and went to Kanda myojin shrine to attend the 1st day ceremony, went to the Kuzryu jinja shtine and waterfalls in Hinoharamura, Tokyo.

At Kanda myojin shrine,  I was very lucy to be the  representative.

It was s good day.
