Today I took an online stress check. After that I read explanation, and knew very interesting episode of an English farmer who died at the age of 152 years old. His name is Thomas Parr. He got married at 80 for the first time and had a son and a daughter. They died young. He had another child at the age 105, and he got married again at the age of 122. He is known as Old Parr which became the name of Scotch Whisky.

It was fine.
They say the rainy season in Kanto area was over yesterday.
It was about 10 days longer than usual.
I was going out, but after all I stayed at home all day long and watched some TV prograns and movies,

A new month has started.
August is hachi gatsu (八月、８月), the eighth month, or haduki (葉月), leaf month.
It was fine today.
I started the day with laughter yoga.
I went to the nearby shrine in the morning as the first day ritual.
I attended the monthly zoom meeting in the morning.
From 12 pm to almost 7 pm I attended a zoom lecture about the Master number which I hsve bern very interested in..
From 9 pm to 10 pm I attended another zoom seminar followed by about three hours free talking.
It was a long day.
