A new month has started. 

May is go gatsu (５月, 五月) or satsuki (皐月) in Japanese. It is my birthday month.

There are some rituals I practice on every first day of the month such as changing plants, rice and salt on the altar, changing salt in the house, and visiting the nearby shrine.

I went to the nearby shrine on my way to work.

My 76th ebook became No.1 in the newly released parts.

According to the  mail magazine of the daily calendar, I cooked the red bean rice.

A new month has started. September is kugatsu (９月、九月) the ninth month or Nagatsuki (長月)  long month in the lunar calendar.

I went to a nearby shrine as a first day ritual.

I went to the beauty salon to have my hair cut and permed.
This is a good refreshment to do on the first day.

After having lunch I went to Shinagawa to attend a seminar. It was three hours long.
I met a friend there and had supper together after that.

It was a nice day.
