Happy St. Valentine's Day!

In Japan on St. Valentine's Day women give chocolate to men they like. And one month later on March 14 men return the gift to women, which is called White Day.

How do you celebrate this day in your country?

After work I went to Hamamatsucho to attend a reunion of Panasonic where I had worked from May 1998 to December 2003. There were 23 people and I only did not know two of them.
We enjoyed having Chinese dinner and talking.
After that six women went to a Spanish bar to have the second party. It was fun.

Thank you, thank you  thank you.

Happy Valentine's Day!

How do you spend this day in your country?

In Japan only women and girls used to give chocolate to those whom they love.
However as a recent trend it seems many women and girls buy expensive chocolates for themselves too and exchange among girl friends.
Today at the office I got some chocolates from women colleagues.

It was very cold this morning and even snowed when I got to the station but became fine.

I was very busy today at the office without having enough lunch time and overworked later than last night.

I hope I can finish working earlier tomorrow and the day after tomorrow to attend seminars after work.

Happy St. Valentine's Day!!

How are you?

In Japan it is a day for women to give chocolates to men they like.
In return one month later on March 14 men give sweets to women who gave them chocolate.
How about in your country?

Today I went to beauty salon to have my hair permed, then to kimono shop to buy something, then went to Tokyo to have dinner with my ex-classmates from Ability Garden which I went to a haf year from October 2004 to March 2005. There were 30 students and we studied International Business Administration. It was a nice course.
We went to a Chinese restaurant where I booked using Groupon. Do you know Groupon? It is a nice system, and we could eat 9 dishes course at about half price of a regular price.
We enjoyed eating and chatting. It's been  more than 10 years since we studied together, but it was as if we were studying recently.

Happy St. Valentine's Day!!

How do you celebrate St. Valentine's Day in your country?
In Japan girls and women give chocolate to boys and men they like.  However this year they say many women buy chocolate for themselves because there are many rare and delicious chocolate at this time of the year.

It's been snowing heavily again.
