It was fine.

Today is a new moon. It is a good time to make wishes. I make a rule to write 10 wishes every time. Most of them are the same. What kind of wishes do you have?

Today is doyo no ushi no hi (土用の丑の日), the day of ox during the mid summer. On this day it is recommended to eat eel (鰻).

At night I watched the Facebook lives and a movie.

It was cloudy and slightly raining when I left home. I saw a part of rainbow and felt happy.

After getting on the train, it started raining, and I felt lucky not to get caught in a shower.

I went to Shinagawa to attend the Reiki 1 as a sub teacher.
The meeting time was 8:30 am and finished at 8 pm including the before and after meetings. There were about 30 new students and 20 repeaters. There were many programs in it. Some were new and interesting.
It was a nice session.

Today is doyo no ushi no hi (土用の丑の日), literally day of the ox in midsumner. On this day we usually eat unagi no kabayaki (鰻の蒲焼き), grilled eel.

It was fine and hot.

Today is doyo no ushi no hi (土用の丑の日), the day of ox during the hottest period of summer. On this day we eat eel, so I ate it for lunch.

In the morning I went grocery shopping.

In the afternoon I attended a seminar from 1 pm to 4pm at Takanawa.

In the evening I went to see friends from the seminar I attended on July 1. I thought we would meet just four of us, but there were more people there and I was surprised. But after all I had a good time there from 5 pm to 9:30 pm.
