It was fine and very hot.

At lunch time I went to a bank. I was surprised to see that windows of the first floor were closed. I did not know what has happened and visited another bank to ask, but they did not know either. I returned and went into the ATM places and found that there were stairs to go up and could deposit as planned and felt relieved.

The present campaign of my 40th ebook was over. I hope many people could download and enjoy the beautiful pictures.

At night I participated in a zoom event after a long time.

It was slightly raining in the morning, but became fine in the afternoon.

After work I went to many banks. Usually ATMs are available from 8:45 to 21:00.
But today I found there were some machines at banks which are available until 24:00.

There are some banks which are 24/7 for telephone service and of course for online service.

In 1992 when I was in Spain, their ATMs were available for 24/7 and they were very convenient.

In 1996 when I was in Washington State in the USA, there were drive through ATMs and I was so surprised.

From 2006 to 2008 when I was in Florida, I was wondering about the personal check deposit. At the ATMs we put the personal check into the envelop and deposit by ATMs.  What will happen if the amount of pressing numbers and the checks were different?
Interesting thing was they can't withdraw that amount of money soon after depositing.

These days there are many cryptocurrency which are used by smartphone. It is very convenient but I  am not sure how many people are dealing.

It was cloudy and became rainy.

It was a pay day.  So I went to banks to withraw money and deposit to other banks. Some banks are near the office but others are near my house. On my way home I dropped at Yokosukachuo station to deposit some money to banks because the ATM of near my station closes earlier and when I get to the station, it would be closed.
The ATMs in Yokosukachuo ststion open till 9 pm.
I was so surprised to see the high tower building was under construction. I don't remember when I went last time, but at least in December there was nothing there.

2014.6.3

It was another very hot day.

I took the earlier train, which I used to commute, to go to banks in Shinjuku. 
In Japan the office hour of the banks is usually from 9 AM to 3 PM.  You can use the ATM from 8:45 AM to 6 PM in most places, and longer time depends on banks.  My working time is from10 AM to 6 PM, so after work it is too late to use the ATM.  Therefore I decided to drop at Shinjuku to visit some banks before working.  There are many banks in Shinjuku, so are there in Ikebukuro.  However since I use two local banks there are few branch offices in Tokyo.  But there are their branches in Shinjuku.
Shinjuku is a very convenient place in that point.
