It was fine in the morning and partially rained.

I had a big breakfast.

After checking out we had a seminar from  8:30 to 11:30 which was very nice.

We visited the Towada Lake shrine to receive the red stamps again, went to Hakka Passage to see the Lake Towada, and Oirase gorge to see the watefalls and streams, and back to the Hachinohe station.

After saying good bye I went to Honhachinohe to see the festival which was wonderful,

After that I came back to Hachinohe and had supper and took a night bus back to Tokyo.

This was a very nice trip.

2024.7.30

It was fine and partially rain.

I checked out the hotel before 7:30 and took 8:05 Shinkansen to Hachinohe, and took a bus from there to go to the Lake Towada to attend a special retreat about

 yowan chawan.

When we got there, it seemed to have rained, but became fine. After a few minutes later, it started raining again.

The seminar started around 1:30PM, and lasted until 4:30PM.

We went to the Towadako Lake shrine and the Lake Towada.

After that we had dinner and seminar again.

After a while three men from another group joined. 

We took hot spring.

It was a nice day.

2024.7.29

It was cloudy and fine.

I visited three shrines in Shiogama and went to Sendai.

After leaving my suit case at the hotel, I went to Iwanuma to visit two shrines.

There were no public tranportations, so I walked there more than 7km.

After coming back to Sendai I went shopping and had dinner.

At night I attended two zoom events.
