2019.8.7

It was fine.

I went to once a week yoga lesson in the morning.

After having lunch at home, I headed for Kimono-style Miya to have a walking lesson for the Kimono Fashion Show at Nijyojyo castle next month.

The show will be held two days on Sep.14 and 15. I will wear three kimonos. I hope it will be fine.

There was a big announcement..
Mr. Shinjiro Koizumi, a member of the House of Representative, made  an announcement of marriage with Ms. Christel Takigawa, freelance announcer. She is pregnant, too.
He is from Yokosuka and my constituency. Congratulations!!

2019.8.6

It was fine, hot and windy.

Today is Gembaku no hi (原爆の日), the Day of Atomic Bomb in Hiroshima.

It's been 74 years since the Atomic bomb was dropped in Hiroshima. There was a momorial service at the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park attending about 50,000 people in the morning. They say the total death toll by the atomic bomb is 319,186. The average age of hibakusha (被爆者), A-bomb survivor is 82.65 years old.

The101st national high school baseball championship started.

At night I went to see a fireworks festival at Miurakaigan. I really think Japanese fireworks festival is a great event in summer even if it is too hot. Especially the finale was very nice tonight.

2019.8.5

It was another hot day.

I was going to shop but after all I stayed at home all day long.

I talked with some people over the phone.

In the evening Mt. Fuji and the crescent moon were so beautiful that I took pictures. I am happy to live here.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
